Frequently Ask Questions

Do I have to see a dentist twice a year?

We recommend patients visit us for checkups at least every six months, even if they don’t have any noticeable issues. Unfortunately, when dental issues become painful, they may already be significantly advanced. We want to work with patients to prevent ever experiencing pain or advanced damage.

Can I bring my children to your office?

We welcome patients of all ages, and we love treating children. We offer a variety of procedures specifically geared toward caring for children’s oral health development. Our dentists have years of training and experience working with young patients.

What is periodontal disease?

Periodontal disease is commonly referred to as gum disease, and it occurs when the tissues surrounding teeth are broken down due to irritation or infection caused by plaque or tartar buildup. We offer a variety of periodontal therapies to renew oral health following gum disease.

I’m nervous at the dentist's. Can you help?

Our gentle, friendly team members do their utmost to make sure patients are comfortable throughout any treatment in our office. We also offer ental sedation for those patients who need a little extra help staying calm and free from pain.

Is there a way to straighten my teeth without braces?

We offer orthodontic treatment using the Invisalign alignment tray orthodontic system. Rather than the brackets and wires used for traditional braces, Invisalign utilizes a series of clear, plastic alignment trays to gently shift teeth into their ideal alignment.

Does teeth whitening work?

While over-the-counter whitening products provide minimal improvement for most patients, our professional-grade teeth whitening products can brighten smiles up to ten shades.

Do you take my insurance?

We are happy to process and file claims for most major dental insurance providers, and we are in-network with many plans. Don’t hesitate to ask us about your coverage, and we’ll do our utmost to help you maximize your insurance benefits.
